Shipping Policy

LIFTGATE / TAILGATE SERVICE

Liftgate/Tailgate and residential delivery services for freight class items require an additional surcharge. Customers must select the appropriate option when calculating shipping during checkout. Failure to select the proper delivery service may result in shipment delays and additional charges.

WHEN WE SHIP

Under normal circumstances, all orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will ship the following business day.

Out-of-stock items will be shipped within 1 business day after restocking. No shipping price adjustments will be made, as the order will still ship using the originally selected shipping method.

Customers will be notified by email within 1 business day if we are unable to process or complete the order.

WHERE WE SHIP

• We only ship to the billing address on file.
• We ship within the 48 contiguous United States.
• Customers located in Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands must contact us before placing an order.

TRACKING INFORMATION

A valid tracking number will be emailed to the customer once the order has shipped.

RETURNS

The customer is responsible for all shipping and freight charges related to returning any item, including defective items.

No replacement part, engine, or transmission will be shipped until the returned item has been received, inspected, and verified by LAJDM.

All returns require a valid RA (Return Authorization) number issued by LAJDM prior to returning any item.

The RA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Any return received without a valid RA number may be refused.

Customers must also include a copy of the original invoice with the returned item.
